Why it is collected
- To review enquiries, assess job scope, provide quotes, and deliver finished work.
- To keep a file and status record for active jobs and operator follow-up.
Storage and access
- Enquiry data is stored in the hosted MySQL or MariaDB database for uglydog.online.
- Uploaded files are stored outside the public web root and only served through authenticated routes.
- Access is limited to the site operator and backup processes authorised for the business.
Retention
- Live job records are retained while work is in progress and while follow-up may reasonably be needed.
- Uploaded files remain on the hot store until local backup verification completes, then can be evicted from the remote host.

- Requests are reviewed against legal, accounting, and operational record-keeping obligations before deletion.
